I had a wonderful experience at this place. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to assist. The room amenities were excellent, with a cozy sitting area, electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a soft carpeted floor. The dining options were varied and the cuisine was of excellent quality. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV in the room.
I highly recommend this place to others.

Great place to stay with an amazing pool and sauna facilities, perfect for a family vacation. The breakfast and dinner options are top-notch with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location, yet easily accessible from the main ski lift. The rooms are well-maintained, making our stay cozy and comfortable.
The hotel staff could have been more accommodating. We faced difficulty in finding a car parking spot, and upon inquiry, we were given vague information which left us stranded in the town center.

The staff was friendly and cute, providing me with a welcome drink upon arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from.

Spent Xmas week in a family-friendly hotel with a wide range of guests. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast and dinner. The sauna was two separate areas, one for families with kids, which I found very convenient. The location, near the ski lift and downtown, allows for walking around quickly.
The pool area could have been more extensive and varied. The noise in the corridors coming from other guests could be loud at times.

The hotel was conveniently located near the main ski lift, just a short metro ride away. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a well, maintained bathroom. the friendly staff provided excellent service, and breakfast was top, notch. the public areas of the hotel were also very clean and well, maintained, providing a cozy and warm atmosphere. the hotel offered free, fast Wifi and an enjoyable welcome drink at check, in.
The live music evenings at the piano bar were infrequent during the stay.
